Our Augustana teams ran well on this day. I ran the 8 km race as well, and ended up third overall. This course is long, and my time was 30:50, about 20 seconds slower than last year. That’s okay though, because I have been running more distance than usual for a while now.
We had good weather and good performances. Winner of the mens’ race was Willy Kimosop of Lethbridge. Jodi Sanguin of Red Deer ran very strong and won the womens’ 5 km race.
