Physiotherapy for Achilles

I have an appointment now for my achilles tendon. I haven’t been to this physiotherapist before but I have to start getting somewhere now. I haven’t run in nearly 2 months.

The problem is still there in my achilles; I can feel it when I walk, although it is very minimal discomfort. However, if I started running now, I bet it would only take a couple of minutes before that nagging pain would force me to stop. Does it suck? Yeah, it does, but it is what it is. It will get better eventually.

I’m not sure if it is Achilles Tendinitis or not. I kind of doubt it. It came so sudden, but then again, who knows. It’s hard for me to tell if it is inflamed or not. I’m hoping the physiotherapist will give some good advice.

Here is a good read about Achilles Tenditis and other Achilles Tendon problems.
